‘Silk and Shadows’ – Lauren Landish

Norma Jean

Sassy, classy, and in no need of a man. That’s me.

At least, until now.

My mouth has been known to get me into trouble, and now is a perfect example. I’ve been asked to tutor the captain of the football team, Zach Knight.

The more I sass him, the more he wants me. The more I say no, a word the Big Man on Campus rarely hears, the more he chases me. And his alpha attitude is doing crazy things to me.

Every snarl I make sounds more like a purr. Every bratty pout looks more like a naughty invitation.

I’ve always worn my virgin badge proudly, but suddenly I find myself wanting Zach to take it all.

My body, my virginity, and maybe even my heart.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

The third book in the Virgin Diaries series and without a doubt the best yet.

Norma Jean and Zach have brilliant banter and insane chemistry. Tutoring the star football player is the last thing Norma wants to do, but she gets more than she bargained for with Zach. It just goes to show that you really shouldn’t judge a book by the cover.

Loved that you saw more of Liam and Arianna from book two. Great twists and turns, plenty of humour and lots of drama.

I have enjoyed the whole series but this one is definitely my favourite. A brilliant story with strong characters and plenty of drama.
